we have had some beautiful sunny days here for the past week or so … spring is definitely in the air, but so is the lingering knowledge that winter will probably smack us a couple of more times before she sleeps. i wish that we had blooms this early … everything is so ugly during march.

Excellent suggestion. I’ll be getting those shots soon. The trees along Pandora remind me of the snow days we had last year when they are all in bloom.

Spring has certainly sprung here. We need a photo or two of the cherry trees in bloom on Pandora. They look like something from a fantasy novel.

I was here in Vancouver at that time – but just a bit too young to sneak in… Dang! But I went to lots of punk rock shows at the time, and it seems like minors had the best chance of getting in if they were “in the band.” It’s great to see so much interest in the place. I heard Bev Davies talking about it on CBC radio a while ago.

Congradulations on your new roommate! Donner looks very handsom. I am learning all sorts of things from you guys about cats. We had White and barn cats when I was a kid. I don’t remember any of this kind of introduction stuff.
