I thought this would be a good idea tonight – peeling stamps off a package Mike’s parents sent over to us. There were quite a few Titanic ship stamps I soaked off the cardboard parcel and then wrapped one stamp (it was a long one) onto a wooden spool. Then I put some fancy glue that’s supposed to look glass on it. This is the result. Meh. It’s pretty boring.
I think I need to fancy it up a bit. Maybe with a little paint and something dangling off it. Something more like this. Decorate it with thread! Why didn’t I think of that?
So that was my evening.
Heh.
Guess what I’m doing tomorrow night? Another fashion show. But this time I’ll be a spectator for a fashion design contest.
I went from never having been to a fashion show to going to 2 in a span of 4 days.
