From time to time, I get sent things to mention on my blog. Remember that time I got to drive that electric prototype car called The Chevy Volt? Well, the same firm, Fleishman-Hillard International Communications asked me if I’d like some new Pretzel M&M’s samples. Uh yes, please! And this time, I didn’t eat them all before blogging about them. That has happened. And I’m so sorry about that, Dove Chocolate. I really let you down there.
But back to these yummy Pretzel M&Ms, I not only ate them and enjoyed their crunchy, salty goodness, but I decided to do a couple of other things with them – like make pumpkins out of the orange ones and posed them along with Playmobil Oscar and Donner:
It is approaching that time of year after all. Thankfully I only found 3 orange ones. I didn’t think it’s a good idea to eat the ones with Sharpie faces on them. But the rest went down just fine.
It may surprise you to know I didn’t eat all the packages myself. I actually shared some – like the time Mike was sick with a cold last week. I gave him his own package. I’m sure it helped him feel better. Please note: I’m no doctor and I can’t prove M&M’s cure colds. And I also gave a package to my friend, Suzanne…
Tonight was her birthday. So I gave her this:
I just realized that this makes me a huge cheapskate. I just gave my friend a free sample as a gift. No, happy birthday to YOU, Suzanne.
And I still have another package! I can either:
1) put it in my backpack for work tomorrow or
2) give them away so someone else can try them.
I pick option 2. Who wants a package of pretzel M&M’s? Leave me a comment below and I’ll send them to you! I think I’ll do a random draw for the winner. And I just may throw in a little something something extra.
A big thanks to the M&M’s Team for the samples. These candies are delish.
