Meet my lovely husband!
We received a package from Jolly Old England yesterday courtesy of the lovely Sarah Harris. I brought some of the items with me when I picked up Mike from work tonight so he could take a photo of me in front of the Olympic Cauldron. Sadly, we aborted that mission and will try again tomorrow night with the proper gear. Mike’s a good sport and offered to pose for me once we got home as a consolation prize. Hooray for me! Hooray for you!
I have been looking forward to the summer Olympics and nearly forgot about the Royal Jubilee this year – the queen as been on the thrown for 60 years. It’s certainly a good year to be British.
WARNING: I love to be able to use the phrase, “on the throne” any chance I can. Be prepared to see it again between now and the Queen’s Jubilee in June.
