My new favourite thing.

The best!

My new favourite thing? Taking photos of 7th graders in suits. I just could not get enough. HOWEVER, calling 7th grade guys, “cute”, “adorable”, and “lovely” is really frowned upon, so I’ll have to come up with some other manly adjectives such as, “handsome”, “charming”, or “delightful”. Hmmm…”delightful” may not pass the test. In any event, this graduation ceremony WAS delightful.

Graduation swag

There was a catered in dinner before the official ceremony. Delicious! All 11 graduates sat at a head table and spent the majority of the time signing each others yearbooks.

The convocation ceremony was VERY well attended. For 11 grads, there was a church FULL of family, friends, and supporters.

Look! This place was packed with happy people watching these students graduate (only the front row are grads).

After the class received their diplomas, we were treated to a concert by some of other kids in this school.

Lovely singer

This sixth grader sang while her dad played guitar. It was very, very sweet. They sang Home by Phillip Phillips.

The second graders also provided a terrific bit of entertainment. Just before they started singing a song about going on summer break from school, there was a quiet pause. Unable to stop himself, a tiny 2nd grader made a fart noise directly into the microphone.

It. Was. Terrific.

This could have been my most favourite graduation ceremony ever. Please don’t tell the others.

I can’t tell you enough how thrilled I am that you agreed to take photo’s for our little school. It gave us all a chance to sit back and let it all soak in. Plus I don’t think we could have captured the essence of the day the way your photos have! You truly are an artist! Big, big HUGS!
