Would you like one of Grandma’s cookies? Here, have two.

I am on a baking frenzy and have taken photos of nothing but food, food, and more food for the last week or so. Hence, the cookie calendar for you this fine month of August. Tonight I made a Date & Nut Loaf – it smells great, but have not tasted it yet because I was distracted by making Chinese Chews. They are delicious! They are little snowballs of date and nutty goodness – they are divine. I’ll give you that recipe tomorrow.
