I think these guys are businessmen. They don’t look like tourists at all.
I spent the evening at a schmoozy networking event tonight. Thankfully, I made a few contacts and rarely felt the need to hide out. I can’t tell you how many of these events I’ve gone to where I felt like I was an uninvited guest at a frat party, and then proceeded to read a book in the bathroom for about 20 minutes or so and then slink out of the event, with my head down, careful not to look at anyone while I was leaving for fear of having to try to make small talk with a drunk person. Oof. I am happy to report that is not what happened tonight. Huzzah!
Added bonus? Today is Friday Eve.
I have minimal plans this weekend, so I hope to get some sewing in. When I don’t do enough creative stuff with my hands, I get a little crabby. Surprising, I know.
Also, I read an article about lucid dreaming today on the bus. I think I’ll try it tonight. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Oh man, I had a lucid dream once and it scared the living bejesus out of me. In mine, I decided, “What the hell, it’s a dream, I’ll go on that upside-down roller coaster that I’d never go on if I was awake!” Turns out dream upside-down roller coasters are as awful in dreams as they are in real life. ::shudder::
Good luck! I hope you find something way more fun to do in dreamland than ride roller coasters!
Your title made me want to go Denny’s.
