…like summer on the outside. And it looks like it’s not going to stop being sunny for some time. This is not a complaint at all – it just feels weird. We never get stretches this long of sunny and warm weather – not even in the dead of summer (I guess that would be August). We are still wearing shorts, NOT wearing a jacket to work, our neighbours are still hanging their laundry out, and I’m pretty sure we’re going to have to mow the lawn one more time this year. Okay, that’s a teensy little complaint. But, it’s a small price to pay.
On the inside, however, it is starting to look a lot like…
…fall! And Halloween! I think tomorrow I’ll go on a little acorn hunt. I think I may have some luck at a park in New Westminster OR just down the street at the school. I’ll try both spots and see how that goes. And, I need to get some more sewing in as well. I didn’t do any this week – The last couple of weeks I was getting up early to do some crafty stuff in the mornings, but I didn’t do it at all this week. By Thursday, I was feeling a little cranky, so it’s time to up my creative stuff. Now I’m getting crabby if I don’t make stuff. Ha!
