My bag o’ quilt

Bag o' quilt I toted my gigantic tote bag full of the Halloween Quilt around downtown tonight after work. I've been getting some sewing in on the binding, but I'm no where near finished. Tomorrow I won't be dragging it around with me because my day looks like this: 8 am - Dentist appointment - basic cleaning. I have good teeth (thankfully) so this is a routine cleaning. 10 am - work 5 pm to 8 pm - Portfolio show reception at the Harbour Centre 8-10 pm or so - clean up 11:30 - go to bed Sadly, not much time for sewing tomorrow. I could try while I get my teeth cleaned. My dentist and the hygienists are pretty cool, but what if they got mouth goo on the quilt? Ew. Nah. Better safe than sorry. The weather was SO nice tonight after work, I headed over to 200 Granville Street (The local newspaper building) so I could take some photos of the fall foliage. Turns out, there was none. The trees just weren't turning red yet and they are pretty little. I think they have replanted a bunch of trees because they've updated this area. Thankfully they left the 70s style fountain all in one place. Fountain. It's awesome. What the area is lacking in fall foliage, it made up for with the view of the North Shore, the orange cranes, and the little seabus. Dusk. Beauteous!
