I got these in the mail today. From my sister AND my mom. But why take this picture in the fridge? Because the light in there is pretty good at 10:00 pm.
And for the record, my mom was SO in on this. She casually sent me a message on Thursday. “Oh, hey, by the way, we sent you a Halloween package. No big deal.” Awww…nice! It’s candy. Yay for Halloween candy.
I got home later than usual tonight. (Editor’s note: please remind me not to go to any more “networking events”. I prefer the non-face-to-face networking meetings ala twitter or maybe those blogger meetings at a coffee shop – in a pinch.) I was pleased to have a package to open upon my arrival. One filled with candy. And gigantic underpants. Now. This is just the front. Would you like to see the back?

It looks like C@thy and my mom printed off some of my photos to include in the decoration of these glorious undwears. I particularly like the picture of me and Mr. Potato Head on the bus. And just in case you are not familiar with The Flight of the Conchords, this is the song that inspired my sister to use my own image on the butt of white ginchees she picked out at the walmarts. Please, listen to this and enjoy yourself…
I hope you haven’t missed the hand-painted Canucks logo on the bottom of the bloomers. *What word am I refusing to use? Yes. That one.* Go Canucks, indeed.
