Mums? Already? Chrysanthemums remind me of Fall, and I’m not quite ready for that. I’m hoping the summer will stay around for a bit longer. From the looks of the weather channel, it will be around for the next few weeks or so, so that is very good news.
If the view from my buddy, Sharon’s, place is any indication, we should be in for a streak of lovely temperatures. The water below was dotted with sail boats, rowers – the long boats with 8 people in them – and a big tanker.
This week at work will pretty fun – it’s Career Consultation week. I get to see all the work the graduating class has done to date. I get to see demo reels, posters, websites and the portfolio books with fabric in them from the fashion designers. Not much longer before another class graduates. I can’t wait to see where they all end up.
