It was a glorious, sunny day today and I stopped on my way to meet some pals to take photos of a couple of neighbourhood landmarks, like this dumpster with a peeg on it.
Here’s a close up. This is some lovely drawing talent. This little peeg is cute.

And look at his hat! Hey. Wait a minute. Heh. I’m sure my sister can take a graffiti joke.
Just up the street from the pig dumpster is a sign I really like. I pass by it every day on my way to and from work. It’s kind of old fashioned and cheerful and I know I’m nearly home whenever I see it.
Here is one more discovery I made today. This big box of pink popcorn…

…contained a SCANT 2 cups of popcorn. AH BOO! To that.
I would have been really mad, but the box did contain some cute tiny stickers, so that completely made up for it. Mike and I just ate our teensy, rosy snack very slowly.

Like all boxes of dry goods that appear HALF full when opened……’contents may settle during packaging ‘. I mean really…..settle by half? When I repackage cereal into plastic containers there is no way I get that margin of settling. The consumer is ripped off yet again!
