The Fortress of Solitude

I got this grab shot as I was leaving the office afternoon. The whole street and sidewalk out front of the building where I work has been dug up completely – it’s just dust and rocks out there at the moment. Eventually the skytrain will be completed and the street and stuff will be back to normal, but these days, it’s all jack hammers and adult size Tonka toys out front. I just love the supervisor’s stance looking out at all the “progress” in front of the building.
